The application period for EEP 2024 rotation is open now through March 31, 2023.
- Access the online application at the Epidemiology Elective Application web page.
- Enter your personal statement and your CV into appropriate sections of the online application form.
- You may complete the online application before or at the same time as uploading required application materials. Be sure to save your application if doing these steps separately.
- Upload your signed Academic Endorsement file.
- Enter email addresses for 2 people who will complete the recommendation form.
- Confirm that recommendation writers receive the system-generated email.
- Follow-up to ensure they complete the form by the deadline.
- Submit after completing the online application form and uploading all required materials.
- You will not be able to make changes after submitting your application except to update your contact information.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. You will be notified about your selection status on June 30, 2023.
