Purpose

This module addresses the linkage process of National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) to two major sources of data from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS): administrative records from the Medicare and Medicaid programs. ?

Task 1: Describe how the CMS files are linked to NHANES files

This task will describe how National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) data are linked to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare and Medicaid data and describe linkage eligibility for survey respondents.
