Funding Opportunities

The High Obesity Program (HOP, CDC-RFA-DP-23-0013) will help land grant universities implement evidence-based strategies that increase access to healthier foods and safe and accessible places for physical activity.

State Physical Activity and Nutrition Program (SPAN, CDC-RFA-DP-23-0012) funds will support statewide investments to improve nutrition and to support safe and accessible physical activity.

Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH, CDC-RFA-DP-23-0014) funds will help communities improve health, prevent chronic diseases, and reduce health disparities among racial and ethnic populations with the highest risk, or burden, of chronic disease.
