The World Trade Center Health Program Announces National Program Administrator (NPA) Award

The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program awarded the National Program Administrator (NPA) contract to Sedgwick Government Solutions, Inc. on May 12, 2026. This contract replaces the contract previously known as the Nationwide Provider Network (NPN). The NPA will deliver Program benefits to eligible members who live outside the New York metropolitan area. It also aligns operational functions with the new Third-Party Administrator contract, awarded on October 17, 2025. The transition of the NPN to the NPA contract is anticipated to take 8 months. Any changes that impact our members will be carefully planned and communicated during this period.
