The Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health Partnership Study: Multisector Partnerships in US Counties with Improving Health Metrics

The figure is a flow diagram with 5 rectangular boxes arrayed vertically on 4 levels. Each box describes an element of the Framework for Understanding Cross-Sector Collaborations. The first box appears on the top level of the diagram and is labeled “Initial Conditions.” There are 2 boxes on the second level, one labeled “Process” and 1 labeled “Structure and Governance.” The box on the third level is labeled “Contingencies and Constraints,” and the fourth-level box (the last box) is labeled “Outcomes and accountabilities.” Arrows downward connect the first box (Initial Conditions) with the 2 boxes on the second level (Process) and (Structure and Governance). Arrows also connect these 2 boxes crosswise to each other and downward to the last box (Outcomes and Accountabilities). Arrows connect the third box (Contingencies and Constraints) upward, to the 2 boxes on the second level (Process and Structure) and (Governance).
