        ORIGINAL RESEARCH

Feasibility of Using a Community-Supported Agriculture Program to Improve Fruit and Vegetable Inventories and Consumption in an Underresourced Urban Community

The figure is a chart consisting of data in 4 rows, each representing the components of the program: the farm, the community agency, the program participants, and the university researchers. For each of the program components, data are entered in 3 columns: program activities, problems identified, and proposed solutions. The data are presented as bullets in each of the twelve boxes where program components intersect with program activities, problems identified and proposed solutions. Further explanation and interpretation of the figure is provided in the text.

Figure. Results of process evaluation, Farm Fresh Healthy Living feasibility study, Forsyth County, North Carolina, 2012. Evaluation indicated problems identified and solutions proposed for follow-up study; some proposed solutions are indicated for more than 1 problem area. Abbreviations: F&V, fruits and vegetables; SNAP, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program; WIC, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children.
