With its team of experts, CDC’s Environmental Public Health Tracking Program connects environmental and public health information to drive innovative programs that improve health, save lives, and enable efficient use of resources.
CDC funds health departments in 25 states and New York City to build local tracking networks that contribute to the National Tracking Network. These health departments supply the data below.
