In the article, "Deaths Among Children During an Outbreak of
Hand,
Foot, and Mouth Disease -- Taiwan, Republic of China, April-July
1998," two
errors occurred. On page 632, the number of cases in Malaysia
during
April-June 1997 at the beginning of the seventh line of the first
paragraph
should read (29 cases). On the same page, the name in the personal
communication in the last full line of the first paragraph was
incorrect.
It should read (M. Taha Arif, Sarawak Health Department, Kuching,
Sarawak,
Malaysia, personal communication, 1997).
