In the article "Update: Syringe-Exchange Programs -- United
States, 1996," on page 566 in the *** footnote, the number of
syringe exchange programs (SEPs) asking that their location not be
reported is incorrect. The last sentence of the footnote should
read "Fourteen SEPs asked that their location not be reported." On
page 567, a credit was omitted from the "Reported by" section:

National Institute on Drug Abuse.
