Updated Member Handbook Available Now

The World Trade Center Health Program Member Handbook is now available online. Printed versions of the handbook are available at the Program’s Clinical Centers of Excellence (CCEs).
The updated handbook features:
- Reduced technical ‘jargon’ and acronyms and some new glossary terms,
- New visual elements and flowcharts,
- Updated Program information (including information on Survivor’s Coordination of Benefits, health insurance requirements, and updated eligibility criteria for Pentagon and Shanksville Responders),
- Helpful tips and pointers to additional resources, and
- Important contact information.
The updated Member Handbook does not change any Program benefits. The Program periodically updates materials, including the Member Handbook, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and to improve these materials.
