2023 Member Feedback Survey Report

In late 2023, the WTC Health Program conducted a Member Feedback Survey. Surveys were mailed to all enrolled members with valid mailing addresses, inviting them to anonymously share their feedback through 30 questions about the Program. Between September 18, 2023 and December 15, 2023, more than 22,000 members responded, providing valuable feedback. Because of the volume of responses, analyzing the data took considerable time. Survey respondents closely reflected the overall Program population in terms of sex, age distribution and assigned Clinical Centers of Excellence (CCE) or Nationwide Provider Network (NPN). Of those who responded, 28% of respondents were NPN members and 72% were CCE members. Responses were anonymous, with age and sex self-reported.
